- Place Like Home is a listing platform, not a real estate agent — it doesn’t negotiate, verify, or hold funds on anyone’s behalf
- Sellers/agents are responsible for the accuracy of their own listing content
- Prohibited content and conduct (misleading claims, discriminatory listings, scraping)
- Moderation and takedown rights
- Account suspension/termination
- Liability limitations
- Governing law (NSW/Australia)
